Job summary

Qualifications

• Capable of analytical evaluations and communicating with the Director and stakeholders.
• Master's degree in Behavioral Health preferred.
• Meets minimum requirements to obtain clinical privileges.
• Qualified Mental Health Professional per DMH.

Responsibilities

• Manage and lead day-to-day program operations and provide coverage as needed.
• Provide feedback for the annual plan and assist with its implementation.
• Identify and address front-line treatment/service issues (access, efficiency, effectiveness, experience).
• Communicate issues and recommendations to the Director regularly.
• Conduct monthly focus groups with clients and staff.
• Organize and facilitate regular clinical treatment team meetings and case reviews.
• Provide direct care services, including crisis interventions as needed.
• Conduct chart audits and train staff to address audit findings.
• Provide clinical supervision to clinical staff on a regular basis.
• Monitor staff productivity and program reporting; address issues as necessary.
• Implement plans to improve profitability, access to services, and quality.
• Participate in community events/activities and align with agency mission.
• Ensure program operates within CARF/DMH standards and certification.
• Adhere to all agency policies and procedures.
