• Experience: Two years of experience, including at least one year in behavioral health.
• Missouri Licensure: Must be licensed or eligible for licensure in Missouri.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication, with diverse teams and clients.
• Specialized Licensure: MO LMSW or higher for Master's in social work.
• Driving Requirements: Must meet Fleet Driving Safety and Compliance Policy if driving.
• Ongoing Training: Complete required training during orientation and ongoing employment.
