Job summary

Beacon Specialized Living is seeking a Clinical Supervisor to oversee clinical services across Missouri markets, ensuring adherence to trauma-informed, evidence-based, person-centered care. The role includes supervising clinicians and students, maintaining regulatory standards, and coordinating with internal and external teams, with regular regional travel.

The position requires a Master’s degree in a relevant field (or equivalent supervisory experience), active licensure in a behavioral health

Qualifications

• Master’s degree preferred; in lieu, a Bachelor’s degree with substantial supervisory experience.
• Must hold a valid behavioral health license (see licensure list) with full licensure preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of prior clinical supervision experience.
• Proficiency with English language in speaking, reading, and writing.

Responsibilities

• Ensure full regulatory compliance with state and federal regulations and organizational policies.
• Provide direct supervision and training to clinical staff and practicum/internship students.
• Monitor high-risk case reviews, clinical incidents, and follow-up actions with proper documentation.
• Collaborate with Clinical Director to implement evidence-based behavioral health model across programs and regions.
• Foster One Team culture and coordinate care between clinical, medical, and operational teams.
• Lead or coordinate clinical trainings, orientation for new staff and students, and ongoing skill development.
• Attend meetings and reviews to ensure continuous quality improvements in clinical services.

Ability to pass background checks and screenings

Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation

Proficiency in English
