FCC Behavioral Health seeks a Director, Clinical Program for Serenity Pointe in Cape Girardeau, MO. This full-time role provides supervision to the Clinical Manager and oversees daily operations of the clinical program.

You will develop annual plans, present them to the Executive Team, and ensure implementation with follow-through. The Director collaborates to improve access, efficiency, and experience, while maintaining CARF/DMH standards.

Aufgaben

• Provide oversight of the day-to-day operations of the program.
• Develop the program’s annual plan with input from the Clinical Manager and program staff.
• Present the plan to the Executive Team on an annual basis.
• Assist with the implementation of approved plans and ensure follow-through.
• Meet with the Clinical Manager regularly to discuss treatment access, efficiency, effectiveness and experience.
• Communicate issues and provide feedback to the Clinical Officer.
• Ensure staff attend committee meetings and communicate information to the program.
• Seek stakeholder feedback to inform practices and operations.
• Participate in treatment team meetings and attend PQI and Program/Department Collaborative Team Meetings.
• Review and analyze monthly financial reports with the Clinical Manager and Clinical Officer.
• Oversee program reports related to late notes and related issues.
• Develop and maintain positive community relationships through events and meetings.
• Collaborate with the HR Department to fill positions and participate in staff interviews.
• Monitor training plans and ensure compliance with evidence-based practice models.
• Ensure the program operates within CARF, DMH standards and the agency's strategic plan.
