Job summary

FCC Behavioral Health in West Plains, MO is seeking a Director of Clinical Program to supervise the Clinical Manager and oversee daily program operations, ensuring high-quality clinical care. The role focuses on leadership, planning, and performance improvements across the clinical team.

The position requires a Master’s degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or a related field, with preferred experience serving adolescents and individuals with substance use disorders.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or a related field is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide oversight of the day-to-day operations of the program and cover needs as necessary.
• Develop the program’s annual plan with input from the Clinical Manager and staff and present to the Executive Team.
• Meet with the Clinical Manager regularly to discuss treatment access, efficiency, effectiveness, and experience and implement improvements.
• Communicate issues and recommendations to the program’s Clinical Officer on a regular basis.
• Ensure staff attend committee meetings and relay information to the team clearly.
• Seek stakeholder feedback to inform practices and business operations and address issues identified.
• Participate in treatment team meetings and PQI activities and share outcomes with the team.
• Review and analyze monthly financial reports and discuss profitability plans with leadership.
• Oversee program reports on late notes, append/voids, and related items; work with CM to address issues.
• Collaborate with HR to fill program positions timely and participate in staff interviews.
