The Director will supervise the Clinical Manager and supervisees, participate in PQI and department meetings, and drive program profitability while maintaining compliance with CARF/ DMH standards. This is a full-time, on-site position in West Plains.

Responsibilities

• Provide oversight of the day-to-day operations of the program.
• Develop the program’s annual plan with input from the Clinical Manager and staff, and present to the Executive Team.
• Meet with the Clinical Manager regularly to discuss treatment access, efficiency, effectiveness, and experience.
