Behavioral Health Response in Missouri is seeking a Clinical Manager to supervise the Justice and Crisis Response Unit staff and lead clinical activities under the clinical associate director. You will train staff, monitor performance, and ensure adherence to diversion policies while maintaining a strong public presence in the community.

The role requires a Master’s degree in a related field, leadership experience, and solid knowledge of crisis intervention models and DSM-5.

Formación

• Master’s degree in relevant field with licensure preferred.
• Minimum 1 year supervisory or leadership experience in counseling.
• Experience in BHR or related crisis response preferred.
• Knowledge of call center protocols, crisis intervention models, and DSM-5.
• Strong leadership and communication with excellent customer service.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise JCRU Clinicians and Lead Clinicians; manage staff performance.
• Provide training and competency demonstrations for staff.
• Align with goals, quality standards, processes and policies.
• Schedule staff; monitor attendance and PTO using scheduling software.
• Conduct interviews and hires with approval; supervise disciplinary actions.
• Ensure timely, professional documentation and on-call availability.
