Job summary

Tri-City Mental Health Authority is seeking a Clinical Program Manager to lead the High-Fidelity Wraparound (HFW) program. The role directs clinical services, supervises a multidisciplinary team, and ensures coordinated care for children and families in Pomona, Claremont, and La Verne.

You will guide program development, oversee staffing, and maintain fidelity to program requirements while partnering with schools and community agencies to improve outcomes.

Qualifications

• License in California as a Psychologist, LCSW, or LMFT is required.
• Minimum five years of managerial or supervisory experience in a mental health setting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the High-Fidelity Wraparound (HFW) Program operations, services, and staff.
• Supervise multidisciplinary team and coordinate personnel matters with HR.
• Guide program development, implementation, and ongoing evaluation for sustainability and fidelity.
• Ensure active participation of children, youth, parents, and caregivers in service planning.
• Provide clinical consultation and oversight within licensure scope; deliver direct services as needed.
• Coordinate staffing, after-hours response, and on-call coverage.
• Develop and monitor referrals, intake, and transitions; ensure documentation quality.
• Build partnerships with schools, providers, child welfare, and community orgs.
• Monitor compliance, policies, and fiscal viability; report to leadership.
• Support outreach, grant development, and program reporting.
