Job summary

Better Morning Behavioral Health Services in Virginia seeks a Clinical Manager to oversee the High-Fidelity Wraparound program. You will provide clinical leadership, supervise staff, and ensure fidelity to the Wraparound model while meeting Virginia ICC/CSA requirements.

You will collaborate with Intensive Care Coordinators, CSBs, schools, and CSA/FAPT teams to coordinate services, review plans, and drive outcomes for youth with complex needs.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a field meeting Virginia requirements.
• Must meet Virginia LMHP qualifications (LMHP/LCPC/LCSW).
• Four+ years of direct clinical experience with children and families.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical leadership and supervision for the HFW program.
• Oversee fidelity to the Wraparound model and Virginia requirements.
• Coordinate staff supervision, case consultations, and performance evaluations.
• Ensure documentation, ethics, confidentiality, and policy compliance.
• Collaborate with CSBs, schools, CSA/FAPT teams, and community partners.
• Prepare program reports and monitor outcomes and quality assurance.
