Job summary

Pacific Clinics in California seeks a Clinical Program Manager to hire, develop, train, manage and retain clinical staff for wraparound services, ensuring culturally competent care and alignment with Medi-Cal regulations.

You will coordinate with county partners and community agencies, supervise staff performance, monitor outcomes, and lead quality improvement initiatives while maintaining fiscal stewardship and 24/7 availability as needed.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Counseling, Psychology, or related field.
• California licensure as LCSW, MFT, Ph.D. or LPHA eligible.
• Three or more years direct clinical experience with children’s mental health.

Responsibilities

• Ensures effective coordination of services for youth and families with other providers.
• Develops and implements clinical program philosophy, objectives, standards, policies and procedures.
• Analyzes outcome data to improve clinical service delivery and achieve defined outcomes.
