Job summary

Tri-City Mental Health Authority seeks a Clinical Program Manager to lead the High-Fidelity Wraparound (HFW) Program for youth and families, coordinating clinical services and daily operations. A multidisciplinary team will report to this role, with responsibility for coaching, training, and ensuring high-quality service delivery.

The ideal candidate will have licensure in California (Psychologist, LCSW, or LMFT) and at least five years of managerial/supervisory experience in mental health,

Qualifications

• Five years of managerial and/or supervisory experience in a mental health setting.
• Possession of a valid California license as a Psychologist, Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
• Education consistent with licensure requirements for applicable professional roles.

Responsibilities

• Oversee clinical services and daily operations of the High-Fidelity Wraparound (HFW) Program.
• Supervise and evaluate a multidisciplinary team including clinicians, peer staff, case managers, and a Wraparound facilitator.
• Guide program development and ongoing evaluation to meet fidelity standards and sustainability.
• Ensure family participation in service planning and team meetings with culturally responsive practices.
• Provide clinical consultation and oversight on assessment, treatment planning, and crisis intervention.
