Job summary

Better Morning Behavioral Health Services is seeking a Clinical Manager for the High-Fidelity Wraparound program in Virginia. The role focuses on clinical leadership, staff supervision, and program oversight to ensure fidelity to the Wraparound model and compliance with Virginia ICC and CSA requirements.

You will collaborate with Intensive Care Coordinators, CSBs, schools, and families to deliver coordinated, family-driven services and improve outcomes for youth with complex needs.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or equivalent.
• Must meet Virginia LMHP qualifications (LMHP/LCPC/LCSW).
• At least four years of direct clinical experience with children and families.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical leadership, staff supervision, and program oversight for the HFW program.
• Oversee fidelity to the Wraparound model and Virginia requirements (ICC/CSA).
• Coordinate with CSBs, schools, and community partners to improve outcomes.
• Review case progress, plans, and documentation; ensure quality and compliance.
• Lead staff development, supervision meetings, and training activities.
• Prepare program reports and respond to audits and monitoring.
