Job summary

Better Morning Behavioral Health Services in Virginia seeks a Clinical Manager to oversee the High-Fidelity Wraparound program. You will provide clinical leadership, supervise staff, ensure fidelity to the Wraparound model, and maintain compliance with Virginia ICC and CSA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical leadership and supervision for the HFW program.
• Oversee fidelity to the Wraparound model and Virginia ICC/CSA requirements.
• Coordinate with CSBs, schools, CSA/FAPT teams, and families to improve services.
• Review case progress, plans, and documentation; advise on complex cases and risk management.
• Ensure staff adhere to ethics, confidentiality, and agency policies.
