Job summary

South Coast Community Services is seeking a Clinical Supervisor to oversee Wraparound services within the Full Service Partnership framework in California. The role focuses on clinical integrity, staff development, and fidelity to the HFW model, supervising Associate Clinicians pursuing licensure.

Ideal candidates hold an active California license (LMFT/LCSW/LPCC), meet BBS supervision criteria, and have recent practice with trauma-informed, culturally competent care.

Qualifications

• Must hold active CA license (LMFT/LCSW/LPCC).
• Meets BBS criteria for supervising Associate Clinicians.
• Minimum two years licensure within the past five years.
• Active psychotherapy practice in the last two years.
• Completion of 15 hours of supervision training prior to supervision.
• Compliance with the Supervisor Responsibility Statement.
• LPHA and Medi-Cal SMHS provider per WIC 4096.6.
• Valid CA driver’s license and auto insurance.
• CPR/First Aid/ProAct certification within 30 days.
• Preferred: HFW, ICM, PCIT, EMDR, TF-CBT, DBT.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual and group clinical supervision to enhance knowledge and skills around diagnosis and evidence-based treatment.
• Ensure practices follow Board regulations and agency standards.
• Align team around common objective to uphold contracts and policies.
• Ensure staff documentation, assessments, and paperwork meet standards for compliance and timeliness.
• Review staff performance evaluations and address disciplinary matters as needed.
• Develop relationships with State/County agencies and community partners.
• Oversee clinicians and HFW Program Supervisors.
• Participate in program design and fidelity monitoring.
• Support integration of clinical goals with wraparound elements.
• Collaborate on aftercare and transition plans with cultural considerations.
