Job summary

South Coast Community Services in California is seeking Clinician positions for the High-Fidelity Wraparound (HFW) program. You will provide comprehensive, family-driven, team-based behavioral health services to children, youth, and families with complex needs, including assessments, care planning, therapy, crisis intervention, and coordination with schools and counties.

The role collaborates with HFW Facilitators, Family Specialists, Parent/Caregiver Partners, Youth Peer Support Specialists,

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related field required.
• Licensed with the California Board of Behavioral Sciences (BBS) as an LCSW/LMFT/LPCC required or pursued licensure.
• CPR/First Aid completion within 30 days of employment.
• Valid CA driver’s license and proof of automobile insurance.

Responsibilities

• Utilize a trauma-informed approach when working with children and their families.
• Provide individual and/or family therapy, formulate diagnoses and complete clinical assessments and treatment plans.
• Acquire and apply up-to-date knowledge of evidenced-based interventions and methodologies.
• Administer measures such as GAD-7 and PHQ-9 to inform treatment.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and community partners to meet treatment goals.
