Job summary

Eating Recovery Center is seeking a Program Coordinator (PC I–III) to support inpatient, residential, and partial hospitalization patients. Responsibilities include milieu management, mealtime support, and careful documentation in the EHR.

You will work across ERC Pathlight sites, ensuring safety and adherence to treatment plans while coordinating group activities and patient transportation when needed.

Qualifications

• Direct patient care experience (1 year minimum)
• Must be able to work at multiple ERC Pathlight locations
• Valid driver’s license with safe driving record (where required)
• ServSafe certification may be required by state/local regulations
• Washington credential may be pending at time of hire

Responsibilities

• Maintain daily program structure and observation rounds
• Provide milieu and meal support to patients
• Complete documentation in EHR for group activities and meals
• Transport patients as needed for medical appointments
• Distribute mail and packages daily
