HealthFirst is seeking a Pharmacy Technician to serve as a Pharmacy Navigator, reviewing medication lists to support adherence and prevent adverse events. You will work with HealthFirst pharmacists and external partners to coordinate MTM services and ensure timely access to medications.

The role requires strong communication with patients and providers, a high school diploma or GED, and national certification or licensure.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience communicating with patients, providers, and pharmacists.
• Nationally certified Pharmacy Technician or registered/licensed Pharmacy Technician.

Responsabilités

• Review medication lists to support adherence and safety.
• Facilitate refills, new prescriptions, and appointment setup.
• Coordinate MTM interventions with pharmacists and partners.
• Monitor and communicate member adherence with community pharmacies.
• Collect patient med history and identify barriers to adherence.
• Handle member and provider communications by phone or in person.
