Job summary
Amerita in Irving, TX seeks a Clinical Pharmacy Manager / RPh to lead branch operations for home infusion services. You will oversee pharmacy operations, inventory, dispensing, and clinical programs while ensuring top-tier patient care and regulatory compliance.
The role requires a TX-licensed pharmacist with at least five years of healthcare experience, including managerial duties. You will partner with the General Manager to drive budget, staffing, and service quality across the location.
Qualifications
- Minimum five years in healthcare with managerial experience.
- Licensed Pharmacist in Texas in good standing.
- Broad knowledge of home infusion, pharmacy and nursing regulations.
Responsibilities
- Oversee branch pharmacy operations and ensure high-quality patient care.
- Manage budget, P&L, and supervise staff.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, laws and accreditation standards.
- Direct dispensing, compounding, inventory and delivery processes.
- Develop and monitor local quality improvement and clinical programs.
