Job summary

BayCare seeks a Clinical Pharmacist for Bartow Regional Medical Center in Bartow, FL. This full-time, exempt position runs overnights, with every-other weekend work and no on-call duties.

Primary duties include preventing and resolving drug-related problems to improve safety and patient satisfaction while controlling costs. Required: Pharmacist license in the State of Florida and a Bachelor’s Degree; preferred: PharmD and ASHP-accredited PGY1 residency.

Clinical Pharmacist Responsibilities:
