Job summary

BayCare Health System in Winter Haven, FL is seeking a Clinical Pharmacist for the Winter Haven Hospital - Emergency Department. This full‑time overnight role operates on a 7 on/7 off schedule with every-other weekend and no on‑call requirements.

Qualifications

• Licensed pharmacist in the State of Florida.
• ASHP pharmacist certification preferred.
• Experience in hospital or clinical pharmacology.

Responsibilities

• Support the mission of the hospital and pharmacy department by preventing, identifying and resolving drug-related problems to assure patient safety.
• Enhance patient satisfaction and minimize costs.

Clinical Pharmacist Responsibilities:

• The clinical pharmacist shall support the mission of the hospital and pharmacy department by preventing, identifying and resolving drug related problems to assure patient safety improve patient satisfaction and minimize costs.

Certifications and Licensure:

• Required: Pharmacist - State of FL
• Preferred: ASHP (Pharmacist)

Requirements

• Required: Bachelor's Degree; PharmD preferred
• Preferred: Acute Care
