Job summary

BayCare Health System is seeking a Clinical Pharmacist at South Florida Baptist Hospital in Plant City, FL. This PRN role involves intermittent shifts, on-site work, and occasional weekend coverage to support patient safety and optimized medication therapies.

Clinical Pharmacist Responsibilities

• The clinical pharmacist shall support the mission of the hospital and pharmacy department by preventing, identifying and resolving drug related problems to assure patient safety improve patient satisfaction and minimize costs.

Certifications And Licensure

• Required : Pharmacist – State of FL
• Preferred : Completion of ASHP Accredited PGY1 Pharmacy Residency
