Job summary

BayCare Health System is seeking a Clinical Pharmacist - Internal Med/Hem/Onc/Infusion Center at Morton Plant Hospital in Clearwater, FL. This full-time, exempt role supports safe medication use and cost management in a hospital setting.

The position requires FL licensure, a Bachelor's degree, and preferably an ASHP-accredited PGY1 residency. Benefits include medical, PTO, tuition reimbursement and more; on-call is not required.

Clinical Pharmacist position details:

• Facility: Morton Plant Hospital
• Location: Clearwater, FL
• Status: Full time, exempt
• Shift: Variable
• Weekend Work: Every 3rd
• On Call: No

Clinical Pharmacist Responsibilities:

• The clinical pharmacist shall support the mission of the hospital and pharmacy department by preventing, identifying and resolving drug related problems to assure patient safety improve patient satisfaction and minimize costs.

Certifications and Licensure:

• Required: Pharmacist - State of FL
• Preferred: Completion of ASHP Accredited PGY1 Pharmacy Residency

Requirements:

• Required: Bachelor's Degree
• Preferred: PharmD, Acute Care Experience
