BayCare in Plant City, FL is seeking a Clinical Pharmacist to support patient care across the hospital pharmacy. The role is PRN with variable shifts and occasional weekend work, focusing on preventing and resolving drug-related problems to improve patient safety and satisfaction.

The ideal candidate holds a FL Pharmacist license, a Bachelor's degree (PharmD preferred), and residency training (ASHP PGY1 preferred). BayCare offers comprehensive benefits and opportunities for professional growth.

• Status: PRN - As needed

• Shift: Variable

• Weekend Work: Occasional

Clinical Pharmacist Responsibilities:

• The clinical pharmacist shall support the mission of the hospital and pharmacy department by preventing, identifying and resolving drug related problems to assure patient safety improve patient satisfaction and minimize costs.

Certifications and Licensure:

• Required: Pharmacist – State of FL

• Preferred: Completion of ASHP Accredited PGY1 Pharmacy Residency

Requirements:
