Job summary

BayCare in Plant City, FL, is seeking a Clinical Pharmacist (PRN) at South Florida Baptist Hospital to support patient safety and optimize medication use.

Requirements include FL license; ASHP PGY1 preferred; Bachelor's degree required; PharmD preferred with acute care experience. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, PTO, 401k, tuition reimbursement.

Clinical Pharmacist Responsibilities:

• The clinical pharmacist shall support the mission of the hospital and pharmacy department by preventing, identifying and resolving drug related problems to assure patient safety improve patient satisfaction and minimize costs.

Certifications and Licensure:

• Required: Pharmacist – State of FL

• Preferred: Completion of ASHP Accredited PGY1 Pharmacy Residency
