Job summary

BayCare is seeking a Clinical Pharmacist for Mease Countryside Hospital in Safety Harbor, FL. This full-time, exempt role supports patient safety and cost reduction by optimizing drug therapy and resolving medication-related issues.

• Facility: Mease Countryside Hospital
• Location: Safety Harbor, FL
• Status: Full time, exempt
• Shift: Variable / 8-12hr shifts
• On Call: No
• The clinical pharmacist shall support the mission of the hospital and pharmacy department by preventing, identifying and resolving drug related problems to assure patient safety improve patient satisfaction and minimize costs.

Certifications and Licensure:

• Required: Pharmacist – State of FL
• Preferred: Completion of ASHP Accredited PGY1 Pharmacy Residency
