Job summary

Trilogy Behavioral Healthcare in Chicago is seeking a Chief Clinical Operations Officer (CCOO) to provide executive leadership, strategic direction, and program oversight for Community Mental Health Center (CMHC) and Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic (CCBHC) operations across Trilogy's multiple sites.

This role partners with the CMO and CPO to advance Trilogy's clinical vision, care delivery, and outcomes, while aligning day-to-day operations with federal/state criteria and evolving

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a related field (e.g., social work, nursing, healthcare administration, public health)
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret complex documents; effective communication with top management and stakeholders
• Extensive knowledge of HUD/public housing funding structures, healthcare reimbursement systems, population health approaches, and community behavioral healthcare operations

Responsibilities

• Provide executive clinical leadership for CMHC/CCBHC programs across Trilogy sites.
• Lead implementation, standardization, and continuous improvement of evidence-based practices (ACT, CST, CBT, DBT, SBIRT, care coordination).
• Oversee talent development, organizational design, and leadership effectiveness to sustain transformation.
• Engage with the Board, donors, funders, and healthcare partners to communicate outcomes and strategic growth.
• Balance regulatory compliance with innovative, person-centered care models and workforce dynamics.
