Job summary

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Associate Degree in Healthcare, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
• Experience: Minimum of three years in healthcare, medical office, ambulatory care, surgical services, or hospital settings.
• Pre-Surgical Testing experience preferred.
• Leadership/ trainer or lead role experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily operations for the Pre-Surgical Testing department.
• Schedule Pre-Surgical Testing appointments and manage staff coverage.
• Support training and onboarding of new Clinical Coordinators.
• Monitor completeness of pre-operative documentation.
• Facilitate communication among providers, patients, and hospital departments.
• Serve as liaison between frontline staff and leadership to ensure compliance and patient service.
