Schedule: Full Time

Pay Range: $19.00 - $25.00 / Hourly

Shift: Day shift

Hours: 8a-4:30p

We are looking for a detail-oriented and patient-focused Clinical Coordinator to support our Pre-Surgical Testing team. In this role, you will serve as an important point of coordination for patients arriving for surgery while providing both administrative and clinical support to the unit. The Clinical Coordinator helps ensure that patients are welcomed, prepared, and supported throughout the pre-surgical process. This position combines patient-facing responsibilities, clinical assistance, and administrative coordination, making it a great opportunity for someone interested in expanding their experience in a hospital or surgical care environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Greeting and checking in patients scheduled for surgical procedures
• Providing administrative and operational support to the Pre-Surgical Testing unit
• Preparing and completing surgical charts and required documentation

• Performing venipuncture (phlebotomy) and EKG services for surgical patients as needed

Minimum Qualifications

Education

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification preferred

Experience

• Previous hospital experience preferred
• Experience working in a medical office or healthcare environment helpful
• Phlebotomy and EKG experience preferred
