Qualifications

• Previous hospital experience preferred.
• Phlebotomy and EKG experience preferred.
• Proficiency with EMR systems and strong patient communication is essential.

Responsibilities

• Greeting and checking in patients scheduled for procedures.
• Providing administrative and operational support to the Pre-Surgical Testing unit.
• Preparing and completing surgical charts and documentation.
• Entering physician orders and maintaining patient records.
• Performing venipuncture (phlebotomy) and EKG services as needed.
• Maintaining patient confidentiality and complying with healthcare regulations.
• Delivering excellent customer service to patients, families, and staff.
• Coordinating patient flow to support efficient and safe surgical preparation.
