Mia Aesthetics is seeking a Clinical Operations Specialist to perform administrative, financial, and clinical pre-operative duties on rotating M-F shifts. The role supports operations with clerical tasks, appointment coordination, and patient preparation.

The ideal candidate will handle payments, schedule surgeries, verify paperwork, and maintain inventory while communicating effectively with patients in English and Spanish. Strong computer skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Charges and collects payments for surgeries and merchandise, generates daily invoices, and balances end-of-day finances.
• Confirms surgical patient appointments via phone and written communication.
• Informs the clinical team of the daily surgery schedule.
• Takes pre-operative photos and processes electronic prescriptions for doctors.
• Performs preliminary physical tests such as vitals the day before surgeries.
• Verifies paperwork and consents are complete prior to surgery.
• Tracks inventory for surgical and clinical supplies; performs other duties as assigned.
