Job summary

Mia Aesthetics is seeking a Clinical Operations Specialist to support administrative and clinical pre-operative tasks. The role features rotating shifts M-F, on-the-job training, and opportunities to grow within a fast-growing cosmetic surgery practice in Houston, TX.

The successful candidate will perform clerical duties, handle patient scheduling and payments, collect vitals, verify paperwork, and assist the clinical team to ensure smooth day-of-surgery operations.

Qualifications

• GED or high school diploma required.
• Clear communication with patients and team.
• Strong customer service and multitasking under urgency.
• Bilingual English and Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform clerical and administrative support for operations.
• Charge and collect payments; generate daily invoices and balance end-of-day.
• Confirm patient appointments via phone and written communication.
• Inform clinical team of daily surgery schedule.
• Take pre-operative photos and process electronic prescriptions.
• Handle preliminary vitals for day-before surgeries.
• Verify paperwork (labs, intake, consents) before surgery.
• Track inventory for surgical/clinical supplies.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
