Qualifications

• Ability to handle patient payments and invoice processing.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish required.
• Proficient in basic computer software and systems.

Responsibilities

• Performs clerical and administrative roles to support operations.
• Charges and collects payments for surgeries and merchandise; generates invoices.
• Confirms surgical patient appointments via phone and written communication.
• Informs clinical team of daily surgery schedule.
• Takes pre-operative photos and processes electronic prescriptions.
• Initial pre-op physical vitals; verifies paperwork and consents.
• Tracks inventory for surgical and clinical supplies.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
