Job summary

Generations Family Health Center in Willimantic, CT is seeking a Clinical Operations Manager to lead day-to-day operational support services within the assigned medical practice. You will supervise clinical staff, optimize workflows, and ensure safe, patient-centered care in collaboration with Nursing leadership.

Qualifications

• Current unrestricted Connecticut Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license.
• Minimum of three (3) years of progressively responsible experience in ambulatory care, primary care, or community health.
• Minimum of two (2) years of supervisory or management experience leading clinical support staff.
• Current BLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day administrative and operational leadership for assigned clinical support staff.
• Manage staffing, workflow execution, patient flow, clinician support, and resource utilization.
• Collaborate with the Director of Nursing and regional leaders to uphold professional nursing standards and competency programs.
• Ensure safe, efficient, and patient-centered care in the clinical environment.
