Job summary

Generations Family Health Center is seeking a Clinical Operations Manager in Willimantic, CT. This role leads clinical support staff, optimizes workflows, and collaborates with nursing leadership to uphold standards of care.

The position requires an unrestricted CT RN or LPN license, 3+ years in ambulatory care, and 2+ years in a supervisory role, with a strong focus on patient-centered operations and team development.

Qualifications

• Current unrestricted Connecticut RN or LPN license.
• Minimum of three (3) years of progressively responsible experience in ambulatory care, primary care, or community health.
• Minimum of two (2) years of supervisory or management experience leading clinical support staff.
• Current BLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day administrative and operational leadership of clinical support staff and workflows.
• Collaborate with the Director of Nursing and Regional RN Lead to maintain clinical competencies and nursing standards.
• Manage staffing, patient flow, and operational performance to ensure safe, efficient, patient-centered care.
• Ensure adherence to GFHC policies and applicable collective bargaining agreements.
