Job summary

Generations Family Health Center seeks a Practice Manager to lead daily site operations at the Norwich location, ensuring efficient, patient-centered care. You will supervise staff, coordinate with clinicians, and promote safe, compliant, and high-quality service delivery.

This full-time role requires background in ambulatory health care, 3+ years of supervisory experience, and proficiency with EHR and practice-management systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent education and progressively responsible management experience may be considered.
• Minimum three years of ambulatory health care operations experience with supervisory responsibilities preferred; FQHC experience preferred.
• Experience in staff supervision, scheduling, patient flow, patient service, performance improvement and problem-solving.

Responsibilities

• Provide site-based operational leadership for daily performance and readiness of the ancillary site.
• Lead staff, coordinate across clinicians and leadership, and ensure safe, efficient patient-centered operations.
• Oversee patient access, flow, experience and revenue cycle, with focus on quality and compliance.
