Job summary

Newport Healthcare is seeking a Clinical Operations Manager to oversee treatment services and partner with clinical and operations teams to ensure high-quality patient care.

You will hire and train staff, develop schedules, and drive family-centered communication while upholding safety and regulatory standards. A CPI trainer will be established within 30 days to lead de-escalation training across teams.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or related field; required.
• Board registration or Psychologist license in the service state; transfer allowed.
• Minimum two years of clinical experience with adolescents, families, and related settings.
• Two+ years of supervisory or management experience preferred.
• Clinical style aligned with Newport Healthcare’s multidisciplinary, patient-first approach and cultural sensitivity.

Responsibilities

• Hiring, training, and scheduling clinical and direct care staff
• Developing and implementing a clinical program schedule for a structured therapeutic experience
• Supporting client and family experience and outcomes through consistent communication
• Ensuring compliance with regulatory, licensing, and safety requirements
• Leading monthly all-staff meetings and supervision meetings
• Becoming CPI Trainer within 30 days and leading CPI training across teams
