Job summary

Neighborhood Healthcare seeks a Clinical Services Supervisor to lead clinical staff and drive high-quality, patient-centered care within a dynamic team-based setting. The role emphasizes staff development, performance management, and operational excellence in a mission-driven organization.

You will supervise Medical Assistants, Lab Assistants, and other clinical support roles, partner with HR on recruiting, and champion equity and care quality across multiple sites and services.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• Minimum three years of experience in a healthcare setting.
• Valid medical assistant certificate required.
• Current BLS certification required upon hire.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish or English/Arabic) strongly preferred.
• Progressive leadership or supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides direct supervision for MAs, Lab Assistants, and other clinical staff.
• Owns recruitment in partnership with Human Resources and hiring to ensure a skilled workforce.
• Leads onboarding, competency validation, coaching, and development.
• Promotes accountability, engagement, equity, and inclusion aligned with VIA.
• Oversees daily clinical operations to ensure efficient patient flow and care.
• Partners with HR and leadership on employee relations and performance actions.
• Drives performance on quality metrics and adherence to standards.
