Foundation Health Partners is seeking a supervisor of clinical operations to oversee staff, patient flow, and resource allocation. You will participate in budgeting, lead education and mentorship, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards while maintaining high-quality patient care.

The role requires an associate degree in nursing or related field, active clinical licensure, and 1–2 years in clinical operations with strong communication to physicians and families.

Qualifications

• Must have an ADN or related field.
• Must hold clinical licensure applicable to area of practice.
• 1–2 years of clinical operations experience with healthcare teams.
• Ability to develop and maintain relationships with physicians, staff and patients; understands regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support clinical operations, staff, and patients; allocate resources to ensure quality patient care.
• Adjust staffing levels to meet workload and maintain safe, efficient care delivery.
• Assist with budget development and ensure targets are met.
• Lead staff development, mentoring, performance planning and evaluation.
