Job summary

Concentra is seeking a Center Operations Director to optimize patient care and center operations. You will lead center staff, coordinate scheduling, manage patient flow, and drive clinical excellence while ensuring regulatory compliance and patient safety.

This role requires strong leadership, process improvement, and a relentless focus on service quality. You will partner with Center Leadership Team to align staffing, budgets, and initiatives with the center's business plan and payer

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 3+ years of work leadership or operations management experience.
• Prior healthcare or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead patient facilitation, ensure exceptional experience, and enforce service standards.
• Support day-to-day execution of the medical model with clinicians to drive outcomes.
• Coordinate scheduling with clinical leadership for efficient care and turnaround times.
• Foster a professional, collaborative work environment focused on patient safety and quality.
• Monitor key metrics (NPER, TAT, Net Revenue) and drive improvements.
• Align staffing and workflows with the center's business plan and CLT guidance.
