Job description

  • Manage front desk activities
  • Coordinate patient appointments
  • Provide excellent customer service to patients and visitors
  • Greet patients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner
  • Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and provide information about services, appointment availability, and general office policies
  • Schedule and confirm patient appointments, coordinating with healthcare providers and staff to optimize appointment availability
  • Manage patient check-in and check-out processes
  • Ensure accurate documentation and update patient information in electronic health records (EHR) systems
  • Collect and process patient payments, co-pays, and insurance information as required
  • Manage inventory and supplies
  • Perform other duties as assigned according to clinic business needs

Demonstrates expertise in managing front desk activities, coordinating patient appointments, and providing exceptional customer service in a healthcare setting. Proficient in electronic health records (EHR) systems and knowledgeable in medical terminology and insurance processes.

Requirements
