This full-time role requires Maryland RN license, CPR, and a strong background in long-term care with at least 3 years of education experience. The educator will coordinate orientation, dementia training, and regulatory readiness to support high-quality resident care.

Qualifications

• Maryland RN license required; CPR recommended.
• Long-term care regulations knowledge is essential.
• Sub-Acute/Rehab experience is highly preferred.
• Minimum 3 years in progressive education roles.

Responsibilities

• Oversee planning, implementation, and review of educational programs.
• Coordinate orientation for new staff with HR.
• Develop ongoing programs including dementia & dining assistance training.
• Ensure QA indicators and survey readiness through education.
