Job summary

Stella Maris Inc. is seeking a Home Hospice Clinical Manager (RN) to lead a team of clinicians and ensure high-quality patient care in the Towson area. You will develop, mentor, and evaluate field staff while advancing clinical pathways and patient safety.

The role requires Maryland RN licensure with 3–5 years hospice leadership; BSN and CHPN certification are strongly preferred. This position offers competitive benefits, a strong team, and opportunities to grow the program.

Qualifications

• MD RN license required; BSN preferred.
• Minimum 3–5 years hospice leadership experience.
• CHPN certification preferred.
• Strong leadership and mentoring skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor Home Hospice staff across the region.
• Hire, supervise, evaluate, and develop team performance.
• Provide clinical oversight, patient and family support, and problem resolution.
• Collaborate with administrator on policy and practice standards.
