Job summary

Johnson & Johnson in Savannah, GA is seeking a Clinical Sales Specialist to support the Orthopaedics territory. You will work in the operating room providing clinical and technical support for orthopedic procedures, helping surgeons and healthcare teams with the right instruments and implants.

You will partner with Sales Consultants to drive DPS sales, manage logistics and billing, and ensure high-quality customer service across hospitals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or Associate Degree or Medical Certification (CST, PT, etc.) with relevant experience.
• Minimum of 2 years of professional or relevant experience.
• Minimum of 4 years of professional or relevant experience.
• Recently transitioned from Active Military Duty.

Responsibilities

• Independently guide and assist surgeons in the operating room with clinical and technical support.
• Advance DPS sales by representing the company at surgeries and ensuring equipment is available.
• Troubleshoot, manage hospital billing, and purchase orders.
• Share insights with sales, clinical, marketing teams to improve service levels.
• Provide Operating Room and Sterile Processing Department consultation.
• Maintenance, tracking, and deployment of equipment and assets across the territory.
• Ensure promotional materials are presented and meet quality standards.
• Provide logistical support by moving instruments and implants between reps and hospitals.
