Job summary

Medtronic is seeking a Clinical Manager, Enabling Technologies, to lead a district of clinical consultants and support Robotic Assisted Surgery platforms. This field-based role requires a valid driver's license and up to 50% travel within the territory.

The candidate will coach and develop a clinical team, coordinate case coverage, and partner with district management to meet objectives while aligning with Medtronic policies and patient-focused care.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree with 5 years of relevant experience; or an Advanced Degree with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
• Previous Clinical Specialist level or higher experience
• Previous people management experience

Responsibilities

• Manages and coaches Enabling Technologies Clinical Consultant employees through field visits and meetings
• Responsible for clinical support of Enabling Technologies (Robotic Assisted Surgery) platforms and Neurosurgery portfolios
• Oversees scheduling of case coverage and ensures resources for clinical events and performance management
