Job summary

Medtronic seeks a Clinical Specialist, Enabling Technologies to provide clinical, technical and product knowledge support across Neurosurgery/Navigation/Robotic Assisted Surgery. The role requires travel within the territory, on-site installations, and training for physicians and hospital staff.

The candidate will maintain system performance, upgrade software/hardware, and communicate timely reports while adhering to quality systems.

Qualifications

• :Minimum requirements include a HS diploma/GED with clinical/medical imaging experience or higher; degrees are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and support on-site installations with customers.
• Provide telephone clinical support and remote troubleshooting.
• Educate physicians and hospital staff on technology-enabled procedures.
• Maintain system hardware/software and perform updates.
• Prepare and submit weekly customer reports and service metrics.
• Collaborate with NRCs and Surgical Synergy team to identify opportunities.
