Job summary

Medtronic is seeking a Clinical Specialist, Enabling Technologies, to support Neurosurgery/Navigation/Robotic Assisted Surgery across the territory. The role requires travel to multiple accounts, with on-site installations and training for physicians and hospital staff.

A valid driver’s license is essential, and some travel outside the territory is expected. The CST portfolio advances surgical care with implants, navigation, robotics, imaging, and planning tools.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED AND a minimum of 6 years of clinical, medical sales or medical imaging/navigation/robotics experience.
• Associate’s Degree with a minimum of 4 years of clinical, medical sales or medical imaging/navigation/robotics experience;
• Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 2 years of clinical, medical sales or medical imaging/navigation/robotics experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, support, and collaborate with NRCs and Surgical Synergy team members for on-site installations with customers.
• Represent Medtronic during technology-enabled procedures to provide technical assistance.
• Maintain system hardware and software to maximize system performance and install upgrades.
• Provide telephone clinical support to customers and training for hospital staff on technical matters.
