Qualifications

• Ability to collect, label, and process specimens for analysis.
• Knowledge of laboratory biosafety and quality assurance procedures.

Responsibilities

• Perform clinical laboratory tests across chemistry, hematology, microbiology, urinalysis, immunology, serology, and blood banking.
• Evaluate test results, recognize normal/abnormal findings, and troubleshoot procedures.
• Operate, calibrate, and maintain laboratory instruments; prepare reagents and culture media; monitor QC.
• Collect and process patient specimens; track in laboratory information systems.
• Support quality assurance, accreditation, and safety compliance (CAP, CLIA).
