Qualifications

• Experience or education showing ability to perform clinical laboratory support tasks.
• Flexibility to meet CLIA and CAP-based quality standards.
• Ability to collect and process specimens with proper documentation.

Responsibilities

• Perform clinical laboratory tests across chemistry, hematology, microbiology, urinalysis, immunology, serology, and blood banking.
• Evaluate results, troubleshoot, and repeat tests as needed for accuracy.
• Operate, calibrate, maintain instruments, and monitor quality controls.
• Collect and process patient specimens; accession and track in LIS.
• Document results and support quality assurance and safety compliance.
