Job summary

Responsibilities

• Prepare charts for appointments and update EMR.
• Handle check-out, finalize payments and schedule follow-ups.
• Maintain filing and retrieval of registration documents in EMR.
• Confirm next-day appointments and communicate required documents.
• Assist with Missed Appointment communications.
