Endeavor Health seeks a Parts Coordinator, Clinical Engineering to manage local inventory, requisitioning, and procurement for CE sites. You will identify parts, stage repairs, and coordinate with central Procurement to ensure timely parts delivery and cost control.

You will work with CE teams to understand needs, evaluate suppliers, and implement standardized processes across sites. The role requires strong organizational and analytical skills and experience with ERP and CMMS systems.

Formación

• Associate's degree in Biomedical Equipment Technology, Electronics, Supply Chain, or related field.
• CBET (AAMI) or CPP/CPSM purchasing credential (preferred).
• 3–5 years in Clinical Engineering / Healthcare Technology Management, OR 3–5 years in purchasing, requisitioning, or parts / inventory management in a technical or healthcare setting.
• Experience in both Clinical Engineering and purchasing; prior BMET experience preferred.
• ERP / supply chain software experience (Workday, PeopleSoft, Infor).
• CMMS platforms (Nuvolo, TMA, Accruent).
• Spreadsheet and database tools.
• Knowledge of medical equipment terminology, procurement policies, and CE workflows.
• Strong organizational, communication, analytical, and documentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize urgent requests.

Responsabilidades

• Parts identification and sourcing using manuals and vendor portals.
• Prepare and submit purchase requisitions under vendor contracts.
• Coordinate with central Procurement / Accounts Payable; track status.
• Manage local inventory levels and par levels based on usage data.
• Standardize parts acquisition and usage across sites.
• Maintain CMMS records and ensure policy compliance.
• Evaluate suppliers and recommend contracted options.
• Train staff on requisition processes and CMMS documentation.
